Meet the Team
Jeanette Larsen, Director and Finance Manager
Pronouns: She/Her
Our Director Jeanette has over 30 years of experience in finance and book keeping. She has completed several qualifications in business, finance and human resources.
During her time in this role she learnt the challenges that people with disabilities face and became inspired to help them in any way she could.
Now, this amazing mum of three runs 4U Plan Managers, an independent business dedicated to helping participants live their best life through better managed finances.
Jeanette also owns 4B Solutions which offers finance services to businesses, including NDIS Service Providers.
Brad Roberts, Team Leader and Plan Manager
Pronouns: He/Him
As our IT Support and Team Leader, Brad assists his team and our clients with managing their requests through our client portal.
Brad studied at UNISA and graduated with A Bachelor of Information Technology. He has several years of experience providing support to NDIS service providers and worked as an Accounts Officer at MNDSA.
Respectful, humble and considerate of others, Brad brings not only a wealth of knowledge in IT but kindness and care to his role at 4U Plan Managers.
Billie Larsen, Plan Manager
Pronouns: They/Them
Billie is our wonderful plan manager. Passionate about creating positive change in their community Billie is a feminist and advocate for LGBTIQ and trans’ peoples rights.
As a Type 1 Diabetic and someone who suffers from chronic illness Billie is empathetic towards their clients, as they understands how challenging it can be to live with an illness or disability.
Their empathy and care is what makes them a great asset to our team.
Billie has immense experience in admin and account management, and is an extremely talented artist and illustrator.
